INVITATION to EXHIBIT and/or SPONSOR at SUNYLA 2025

WHAT: 57th State University of New York Librarians Association (SUNYLA) Annual Conference

WHEN: June 18 to 20, 2025. Exhibits are Thursday, June 19 from 10am to 6 pm

WHERE: SUNY Delhi (Delhi, New York)

Demonstrate your organization’s support for libraries and librarians in New York State by exhibiting and/or sponsoring activities at the 2025 SUNYLA Conference!

EXHIBITORS

Exhibiting is a great way to interact face-to-face with decisions-makers at libraries across the state!

  • Exhibit tables are $500 each. This includes meals and registration for two representatives.
  • Setup and mingling time is available on Wednesday, June 18 starting at 12pm.
  • Each exhibitor gets a six-foot table with two chairs. The exhibitor area has Wi-Fi access and is located near the conference presentation rooms. All breaks between sessions will be held in the exhibitor area. No conflict vendor times will be available on Thursday, June 19.
  • Conference space is limited to 20 exhibitors, so please sign up early!

SPONSORS

Conference sponsorships generate visibility for your organization! Opportunities include:

  • Sponsorship of conference promotional items (notebooks, tote bags, more) and activities (coffee breaks, meals, reception, keynote speaker, more).
  • Donation of products for conference raffles (can be mailed or dropped off on-site).
  • A cash donation in support of the conference.
  • Conference program advertisements are also available.
  • Conference table fees are waived for sponsors who contribute $1,200 or more. As an additional incentive, you will be provided with one conference session!

CAN’T BE AT THE CONFERENCE?

For a handling fee of $100, your promotional items will be included in our conference packets.

Sponsors are acknowledged in the conference program and on the conference website. We will send you a mailing list of conference registrants prior to the event, at your request.
