We are going to do our best to keep costs for members at the same rates as last year. Here’s what we are anticipating:

Notes:
- It is the responsibility of all presenters to register themselves for the conference.
- Session presenters receive a discount code equal to 25% of the member rate for their registration type.
- Poster presenters receive a discount code equal to 10% of the member rate for their registration type
On-Campus Housing
The room cost for residence hall rooms is still being finalized but is expected to be around $50/night (available Monday-Wednesday evenings). On campus housing is unavailable on Thursday evening due to the Juneteenth holiday. No linens are provided (but a twin XL sheet set is available through major retailers for around $10-$20). We will be providing hand soap for the bathrooms 😄
Other Considerations
It is not advised to use public transit (RTS) to get to Brockport. The closest airport and train station are in Rochester, NY (ROC). Rideshare fare to/from Brockport is approximately $50.
